Quebec Air Cargo Regional Manager
Airline Services International
Lead Quebec air cargo growth for Airline Services International Inc. using sales development, P&L ownership, and hands-on team leadership.
As Regional Manager, you will direct the company’s Quebec business from its Montreal office. Build profitable revenue, strengthen customer retention, manage staff, and coordinate sales, pricing, operations, and accounting. Success depends on disciplined pricing, effective capacity use, and accountable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional sales plans with revenue, tonnage, and gross profit targets
Visit freight forwarders and key accounts to win business
Own regional revenue, expenses, profitability, budgets, and forecasts
Lead sales, reservations, and operations staff daily on-site
Resolve service issues with airlines and handling agents
Requirements:
Management experience in air cargo, airlines, GSSA, or freight forwarding
Proven record growing sales and improving profitability
Experience owning P&L and managing budgets
Established Quebec freight forwarding market relationships
Professional fluency in French and English
