As Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership across data engineering, analytics, architecture, artificial intelligence, and operations. You will translate business requirements and architectural direction into production-ready solutions. The role includes technical guidance, complex decision-making, and reliable platform delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and production deployment of data solutions
Optimize ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
Guide engineers through design and code reviews
Apply data quality, security, governance, and lineage practices
Improve automation, DataOps, and deployment processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum seven years in data engineering or analytics
Technical leadership experience delivering production-grade data solutions
Hands-on SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI experience
Understanding of CDC, incremental processing, pipelines, and data modelling
