Senior Enterprise Risk Advisor

Guide enterprise risk strategy for Desjardins entities through complex analysis, regulatory insight and trusted advice to senior decision-makers.
As a Senior Risk Management Advisor, you serve as a strategic partner to chief risk officers across supported Desjardins entities. You develop recommendations, approaches and practices that strengthen financial and non-financial risk management. Your work spans operational, regulatory and conceptual challenges involving governance and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consolidated views of financial and non-financial risks
Advise chief risk officers on strategic matters
Prepare meetings with decision-making bodies and regulators
Coordinate statutory and regulatory risk management requirements
Monitor mitigation measures, action plans and regulatory developments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
At least eight years of relevant experience
Experience within the three lines of defence model
Strategic advisory experience with management and regulators
Strong French and intermediate-advanced English proficiency
Bring strategic risk expertise, sound judgment and regulatory insight to support Desjardins entities and senior management.
