GIS Project Manager Land Programs

Lead enterprise GIS delivery for land-focused programs at SYSTRA Canada in a hybrid GIS Project Manager role requiring ArcGIS Enterprise expertise.
This position coordinates technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across complex, multi-stream initiatives. You will manage GIS datasets, spatial workflows, web-based products, and enterprise platform delivery. The role supports land management objectives, including easement tracking, acquisition analysis, corridor assessment, and title integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple GIS workstreams against the land management roadmap
Oversee datasets, spatial workflows, maps, layers, and dashboards
Manage schedules, milestones, scope, dependencies, risks, and vendors
Provide status updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors
Define acceptance criteria and verify quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, geomatics, engineering, planning, or related field
At least 20 years in GIS, spatial data, or delivery environments
At least five years managing projects, delivery, or programs
Strong ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial integration, transformation, and automation knowledge
Clear French and English verbal and written communication
