Advise Toronto Pearson’s technology initiatives using commercial contracting and technology law expertise in a hybrid Legal Counsel position.
The Greater Toronto Airports Authority seeks Legal Counsel supporting technology, digital transformation, data, and innovation initiatives. You will review, draft, and negotiate technology agreements while advising on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital products, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. The position reports to a Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate software licensing and SaaS agreements
Advise on cloud services, procurement, and outsourcing agreements
Support technology law, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence matters
Advise business groups on digital products and regulatory compliance
Participate in strategic discussions with technology teams
Requirements:
Three to six years of technology law experience
Experience from a leading law firm or corporation
Commercial and technology agreement drafting experience
Excellent analytical, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and collaborative abilities
