Drive AWS application delivery using strong system design, CI/CD, and software engineering expertise across Citco’s financial services technology teams.
This IT Team Lead role combines technical leadership with hands-on application development. You will work within a cross-functional agile team delivering on-premises and cloud-native solutions. The position requires ownership across development, testing, DevOps, support, architecture, deployment, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Own delivery of projects across development, testing, and support
Develop and deploy applications on AWS infrastructure
Introduce technologies supporting application evolution and delivery
Provide code integration and deployment automation for modules
Match emerging technologies to Citco’s needs when required
Requirements:

Eight-plus years of software engineering experience
Two-plus years developing and deploying AWS applications
Strong understanding of multiple AWS services and monitoring
Two-plus years of team leadership experience
Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation skills
Bring AWS services knowledge, delivery ownership, and technical leadership to Citco’s cloud-native financial applications.
