EQ Bank is seeking an Associate Director, Direct-to-Consumer to lead and grow its reverse mortgages D2C channel. You will own end-to-end consumer journeys from marketing and acquisition to conversion and retention, measuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence across a cross-functional team.
