People Experience Human Resources Co-op

Support recruitment and HR programs with PepsiCo as a People Experience Co-op. Work from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg for four months.
This Human Resources Co-op supports the HR Plan across retention, recruitment, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and communication. You will assist the HR Manager with initiatives while developing practical experience in recruitment, campus projects, and employee-focused programs. The placement is designed for students completing post-secondary studies in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of the HR Plan across key people areas
Assist the HR Manager with HR programs and initiatives
Source, screen, interview, test, and select candidates
Coordinate graduate recruitment events and recruiting sessions
Coordinate Co-op and Campus projects
Requirements:
Currently completing post-secondary Human Resources studies
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and adaptability
Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work independently
Build PepsiCo HR experience through recruitment, campus coordination, communication, and support for strategic people programs.
