Wellness Centre Receptionist Kamloops
The Mustard SEED Society
Support Wellness Centre clients in Kamloops through trauma informed reception, phone service, triage, and connections to appropriate resources. Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
The Mustard Seed is seeking a Wellness Centre Receptionist reporting to the Senior Director, Health and Wellness. You will greet clients and visitors, answer inquiries, process referrals, and support client access. The work includes appointment coordination, computerized records, and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors to The Mustard Seed
Triage clients and book program appointments as needed
Process clinical and non-clinical service referrals
Perform client intakes and create computer records
Provide crisis intervention and track statistics
Requirements:
Receptionist or Office Assistant experience, preferably medically related
Diploma or certificate in a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Background check and Canadian work authorization required
Bring compassionate reception, triage, communication, and organization skills to The Mustard Seed Wellness Centre in Kamloops.
