Allied Universal seeks a professional Security Guard for a high-profile retail location in Downtown Toronto. You will maintain a visible presence, support theft deterrence, and help create a safe, welcoming environment. The work requires customer service, situational awareness, communication, and calm responses.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible professional presence throughout the retail environment
Support loss prevention and theft deterrence initiatives
Monitor activity and identify suspicious or unusual behaviour
Respond to incidents using communication and de-escalation techniques
Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
Requirements:

One to two years of security experience
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong observation and situational awareness skills
