Global Marketing Operations Intern
SOTI Inc
Support SOTI’s global marketing operations in Mississauga with campaign coordination, reporting, and organized project administration on a hybrid schedule.
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will work across communications, product marketing, digital marketing, and creative functions. This 12-month temporary internship begins May 2027 and includes in-office work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You will help maintain accurate campaign information, coordinate approvals, and provide updates to stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate global marketing campaigns across departments
Input campaigns and follow up on tasks and approvals
Prepare purchase requisitions and track purchase orders
Produce monthly and quarterly objectives and KPI reporting
Maintain files, version controls, and current marketing assets
Requirements:
Enrollment in an accredited business, marketing, or project management program
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and changing requirements
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Research, analysis, customer service, and planning capabilities
Technology industry knowledge is an asset
Develop B2B technology marketing experience while coordinating campaigns, maintaining reporting accuracy, and supporting SOTI’s global marketing operations.
