Debt Recovery Account Manager

Manage first party debt recovery accounts under 60 days delinquent through payment solutions, account reconciliation, and customer communication.
Credit Risk Management Canada Ltd. is seeking a Debt Recovery Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position in Quebec or Etobicoke. Internally titled First Party Collection Agent, this position supports 1st party collections through phone and email contact. You will update accounts, exchange documents, communicate with clients, and complete skip tracing as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts under 60 days delinquent
Communicate account updates to clients
Contact customers using phone calls and email
Arrange payments by finding appropriate solutions
Complete weekly call and collection targets
Requirements:
Bilingual French and English proficiency
Strong communication skills for customer contact
Ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft suite, soft phones, and CRM systems
One to two years of experience considered an asset
