Key Responsibilities:
Model exemplary customer service behaviours and standards
Monitor sales performance and daily labour requirements
Assist interviewing and hiring Retail Sales Associates
Support employee training and performance management
Maintain store presentation according to company standards
Requirements:
One to two years retail management experience
Two to five years overall retail experience
Previous merchandising or visual presentation experience
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Passion for chocolate
