Organize workshops, campaigns, and community dialogues
Monitor inclusion programs and report progress and impact
Requirements:
Experience in social work or community development
Understanding of social justice and marginalization issues
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations
Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences
Support social inclusion in Kimberley through advocacy, stakeholder relationships, needs assessment, and collaboration across Northern Cape communities.
