Member Services Representative Yorkton

Support Conexus members in Yorkton through everyday banking services, attentive listening, and needs-based referrals. This temporary part-time position runs through December 31, 2027.
As a Member Services Representative I, you will provide the first point of contact for members at the Yorkton branch. The work includes bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, needs-based selling conversations, and referrals. You will help members pursue financial well-being while strengthening relationships with internal partners and Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bill payments, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services
Identify and respond proactively to members' needs
Conduct needs-based selling conversations with members
Refer members to appropriate internal partners
Connect members with Financial Advisors for relationship development
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Engaging approach that builds trust easily
Strong listening and communication skills
Flexible, self-starting, and committed to learning
Comfort working in a changing environment
Bring member service, banking transactions, listening, and referral skills to Conexus's Yorkton branch team through 2027.
