U-Haul seeks friendly customer service representatives in Dartmouth, using U-Scan technology while assisting customers and handling equipment.
At U-Haul’s 460 Windmill Rd location, this Customer Service Representative position supports customers with products and services. You will dispatch and return equipment, prepare invoices, inspect vehicles, and answer questions. The role includes on-the-job education and ongoing learning through U-Haul University.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
Move, hook up, clean, and inspect equipment
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Answer questions and educate customers about services
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work around moving equipment and machines
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
Support U-Haul customers in Dartmouth through service, rental technology, equipment inspection, and safe equipment handling.
