Finance Manager Client Billing Toronto
Context Creative
Own client billing, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting as Finance Manager with Context Creative in Toronto’s hybrid work environment.
This hands-on Finance Manager role supports day-to-day finance operations at Context Creative, part of Mod Op. You’ll manage client billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end activities, and financial information across the business. The position reports to the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly client billing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable
Reconcile prebills, accrued revenue, forecasts, and actual billing
Manage accounts payable and vendor payments accurately
Prepare weekly cash flow reporting and bank reconciliations
Support month-end, year-end, tax filings, and audits
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Around 7-9 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Hands-on client billing and reconciliation experience in project-focused environments
Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP accounting systems
Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace skills
Bring client billing, reconciliation, reporting, and collaborative finance experience to Context Creative’s Toronto operations.
