Temporary School Custodian Exeter

Keep Precious Blood School safe and clean as a Temporary Custodian in Exeter, working weekdays from 3:00PM to 8:00PM. Apply cleaning equipment, disinfection, and grounds care across the school property.
Reporting to the Principal, this 0.625 FTE position provides general cleaning and maintenance for staff and students. The role includes operating cleaning equipment, washing windows and walls, disinfecting washrooms, and maintaining walkways, floors, stairs, and grounds. Minor repairs, furniture movement, and waste removal are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate cleaning equipment to remove dirt and heavy debris
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and stairs
Clean and disinfect washrooms, lunchrooms, and fixtures
Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required
Requirements:
Previous custodial or cleaning experience is required
School custodial or cleaning experience is an asset
Mechanical aptitude for performing minor repairs
Proficient computer skills are required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
