St Philip’s Care seeks a caring, kind, and reliable Care Assistant for bank work at Chestnuts Care Centre. You will support residents with daily care, read Care Plans, observe changes, and report concerns. The position includes moving and handling, dressing, hygiene support, confidentiality, and mandatory training.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with their daily care needs
Support moving, handling, dressing, and hygiene needs
Read and act on individual Care Plans
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
Report hazards and unsafe equipment to senior staff
Requirements:

Caring nature, kindness, reliability, and good work attitude
Willingness to learn and complete full training
Previous care experience is desirable
Passion for caring for elderly people
NVQ2, SVQ2, or QCF Level 2 is desirable
Support residents’ independence through compassionate care, careful observation, and dependable assistance at Chestnuts Care Centre.
