Patient Services Clerk - Scheduler & Front Desk Pro

CHEO is seeking a Patient Service Clerk to schedule patient appointments, register patients, and support clinic operations in Ottawa. The role uses Epic systems for registration and scheduling, Cadence referrals, and fee collection, with a focus on patient-centered services.
The ideal candidate has a secondary school diploma, strong communication skills in English and French, and familiarity with Epic, Sunrise, and Outlook. Prior ambulatory registration experience is preferred.
