Coordinate supply chain shipments using communication and negotiation skills while supporting clients, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams through distribution.
As a Logistics Coordinator at Total One Logistics Inc., you will oversee day-to-day supply chain operations. You will serve as a liaison between clients and carriers while managing shipment lifecycles. The work includes customer support, documentation, tracking, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Track goods, appointments, arrivals, and delivery status
Negotiate vendor pricing and investigate cost-saving opportunities
Prepare shipment documentation and review order accuracy
Coordinate customers, carriers, warehouses, and departments
Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain shipment records
Requirements:
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent record-keeping and coordination abilities
Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively
Working knowledge of logistics software is an asset
