Deliver injections and bloodwork as a full-time Registered Practical Nurse in Sault Ste. Marie’s outpatient addictions clinic. Work onsite Monday to Friday.
This RPN position supports patients receiving active addictions treatment in a small clinic. You will administer Sublocade and testosterone injections, complete bloodwork, and follow physician-directed orders. The role includes EMR work, pharmacy coordination, and structured onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Sublocade and testosterone injections safely and accurately
Complete bloodwork and physician-ordered procedures
Coordinate medication care with the onsite pharmacy
Maintain accurate clinical records within the EMR
Operate clinic services Monday to Friday, including occasional holidays
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Active, unencumbered College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Confidence performing injections and bloodwork
Comfort working in an EMR alongside a coordinator
Respectful approach to outpatient addictions treatment
