Key Responsibilities:
Conduct annual financial reviews and monitor loan risks
Evaluate security and establish loan terms and interest rates
Recommend commercial credit applications within established limits
Generate credit and deposit opportunities through networking
Mentor Commercial Services colleagues on account management
Requirements:
Two to five years of commercial banking lending experience
Advanced credit risk, structuring, and underwriting skills
In-depth accounting policies and procedures knowledge
Strong business development and portfolio management abilities
Effective verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
Use disciplined portfolio oversight, financial analysis, and underwriting skills to help Meridian members manage commercial financing needs.
