You will sell Manulife Bank mortgage solutions directly to clients referred through financial advisors, mortgage brokers, websites, employees, and Consumer Solutions. The position combines mortgage advice, lending products, sales pipeline management, and client relationship building. You will support clients in English and French outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell Manulife One and Manulife Bank Select mortgages
Package mortgage documents for timely lending decisions
Manage leads, sales pipelines, and closing activities
Update Salesforce with client interactions and pipeline information
Identify product improvements through client feedback
Requirements:
College or university degree in a related field
At least two years in banking and mortgage brokerage
Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting
Experience conducting virtual meetings and presentations
Fluency in French and English is required
