Retail Inventory Stock Manager

Manage inventory flow at Roots while strengthening retail operations, replenishment, and backroom organization. This in-store role reports to the Store Manager.
The Stock Manager maintains operational integrity across merchandise receipts, inventory procedures, and sales-floor replenishment. You will also train and develop a core stock team while supporting store strategies. Success requires retail management experience, presentation skills, customer understanding, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Process merchandise receipts promptly and prioritize inventory flow
Organize the backroom according to company standards
Maintain replenishment across styles, colours, and sizes
Execute receiving, transfers, damages, and compliance procedures
Recruit, onboard, assess, and develop stock associates
Requirements:

Two or more years of management experience
Retail apparel management experience preferred
Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
Ability to understand customer needs
Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly approach
Bring inventory management, replenishment, and stock-team development skills to Roots while supporting consistent retail execution.
