Primary Care Practice Nurse

Deliver personalised primary care as a Practice Nurse with Debenham Practice, using clinical skills across Debenham, Otley and Grundisburgh.
This Practice Nurse role sits within Suffolk Primary Care and supports high-quality patient care. You will work independently within competence and alongside the wider clinical team. The position includes immunisations, cervical screening, contraception, treatment room care, health assessments and long-term condition support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalised nursing care within your competence
Provide immunisations, screening, contraception and treatment room care
Support diabetes, asthma and COPD management
Help patients understand health and make informed decisions
Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly
Requirements:
Current NMC registration
Caring, patient-focused approach
Primary care experience desirable
Nurse prescribing qualification desirable
SystmOne knowledge desirable
Use your primary care nursing skills to support patients, coordinate services and contribute to continuous improvement across Debenham Practice.
