Oil and gas electrical services need Apprentice Electricians skilled in industrial installations, troubleshooting, and power distribution for full time construction work.
This Apprentice Electrician role delivers electrical work for industrial construction serving the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities cover AC/DC motors, drivers, PLCs, control circuits, switchgear, transformers, and electrical components. You will also support preventive maintenance and instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, examine, replace, and repair AC/DC motors
Work with PLCs, control circuits, and switchgear
Size circuits, panels, conductors, and protective devices
Fabricate and run conduit, including three phase work
Maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation when required
Requirements:

Be indentured into the electrical trade
Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
Be eligible to work in Canada
Industrial oil and gas experience is an asset
Required safety certifications are assets
Use your motor, control circuit, conduit, and instrumentation capabilities supporting industrial electrical services for oil and gas customers.
