Canada Post seeks one dependable Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier for various communities. You will sort, collect, and deliver mail safely while operating your vehicle through changing weather and traffic. The position requires local infrastructure knowledge, secure mail handling, and processing Canada Post products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Sort, collect, and deliver mail safely and promptly
Learn local roads, customers, and delivery receptacles
Keep mail safely secured while in possession
Process Change of Address and Damaged Mail products
Wear visible Canada Post identification during deliveries
Requirements:

Valid permanent provincial Class 5 or G driver’s license
Satisfactory safe driving record and required driver’s abstract
Experience making deliveries and operating a motor vehicle
Ability to work in varied weather and traffic conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
