Senior Living Activities Assistant

Support resident-centered activities at Sunrise Senior Living with strong communication and organization skills in a casual, as-needed role.
As an Activities Assistant, you will help lead daily activities, events, and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage participation, prepare calendars and newsletters, and help create experiences that enhance resident well-being. The work also supports community connections through volunteers and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with leading daily activities and enrichment programs
Encourage residents to participate in programs and events
Prepare activity calendars and newsletters
Escort residents to and from programs as needed
Document participation according to regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead small group activities
Valid driver’s license as applicable
Senior living experience preferred
Bring communication, organization, and activity leadership skills to resident-centered programming at Sunrise Senior Living.
