Customer Service Order Representative

Customer service and accurate order entry define this full-time Customer Experience Representative role at TTI’s Milwaukee® team in North York. Work Monday to Friday, 9-5.
TTI seeks an enthusiastic, experienced representative to deliver service for internal and external customers. You will support customers and sales teams through order inquiries, product information, pricing, inventory, and shipping updates. Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency are important.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers and build relationships with sales teams
Enter accurate orders within 24 hours
Verify product and pricing precision on orders
Email order numbers, prices, inventory, and shipping updates
Handle inquiries about tracking, availability, and product information
Requirements:
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Undergraduate degree or college diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency and customer-focused mindset
Attention to detail and collaborative attitude
