Coffee Barista Espresso Specialist

Prepare espresso drinks and serve coffee while applying beverage recipes, customer service, and coffee knowledge at the coffee bar. Help customers discover drinks, beans, and brewing equipment.
As a Barista, you will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items for customers. You will explain the menu, answer questions, and demonstrate brewing equipment. The work includes maintaining supplies, equipment, sanitation standards, and coffee bar appearance.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers by understanding their coffee interests and needs
Explain coffee drinks, answer questions, and educate customers
Prepare espresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino using prescribed recipes
Sell coffee beans and grinding or brewing equipment
Maintain supplies, equipment, inventories, sanitation, and store appearance
Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills
Previous Barista work experience is an asset
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
Physical ability to carry out position duties
Bring espresso preparation, coffee education, and customer service skills to deliver quality experiences at the coffee bar.
