Island Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health & Addictions Nurse (RN/RPN) for Withdrawal Management Services in Victoria, BC. The role covers detox, stabilization, in-home, and outreach settings across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Manager, you will assess, plan, implement care, and collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to support clients with addictions. Travel between sites may be required.
