As Store Manager, you will oversee sales performance, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and guest service. You will coach teams, build guest loyalty, and use key performance indicators to support business growth. This role requires three to five years of retail experience, including at least three supervisory years.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations, sales performance, and merchandising standards
Coach teams toward individual and store-wide goals
Deliver exceptional guest service on the sales floor
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control accurately
Monitor KPIs and drive business growth
Requirements:

Three to five years of retail experience
Minimum three years in a supervisory capacity
Home décor or fashion retail experience
POS, visual merchandising, inventory, and scheduling experience
Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
