Full Cycle Bookkeeping Specialist

Lead full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations and remittances as an experienced Accounting Technician with an established company.
As a Senior Accounting Technician, you will handle essential general accounting activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking. Your work includes journal entries, monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation. You will also monitor GST/QST and DAS remittances while supporting auditors and finance process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable bookkeeping
Reconcile bank accounts and monthly financial records
Prepare journal entries and financial statements
Monitor GST/QST and DAS remittance requirements
Collaborate on improvements and external audit files
Requirements:
At least 10 years of accounting experience
DEC or AEC in Accounting, or equivalent experience
Excellent QuickBooks proficiency
Knowledge of Acomba and NetSuite
SAP knowledge is a significant asset
