Ice Cream Process Engineer Simcoe

Drive technical loss elimination at The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Simcoe, using process engineering, data analysis, and digital tools on production lines.
As an Ice Cream Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing teams through continuous improvement and technical problem solving. You will reduce waste, develop standards, validate improvements, and coordinate digital activities. Your work supports zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses across factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reduce minor stoppages, changeover time, and NVAA waste
Coach line crews in root cause analysis and countermeasures
Validate process improvements and revise line basic conditions
Create technical standards supporting stable production processes
Coordinate digital technology deployment across factory activities
Requirements:
Previous experience in an industrial environment
Strong understanding of industrial processes and problem solving
Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps skills
Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, quality, engineering, or production
Knowledge of TPM, WCM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred
