Shape OAK + FORT’s fashion identity through elevated displays, localized storytelling, and visual leadership across multiple retail stores.
This District Visual Manager role blends visual merchandising expertise with business operations and fashion styling. You will interpret creative direction, guide retail teams, and deliver consistent presentations aligned with OAK + FORT aesthetics. Collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Operations, and store leadership supports product launches and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret creative direction for compelling in-store storytelling
Uphold OAK + FORT design and brand identity
Coach teams on placement, fixtures, presentation, and styling
Coordinate visual priorities with launches and campaigns
Review engagement and sell-through to inform strategies
Requirements:
Proven visual merchandising experience within fashion retail
Excellent composition, styling, and current trend awareness
Leadership skills for coaching and motivating store teams
Planning, organization, and communication abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
Use visual storytelling, fashion knowledge, and collaborative leadership to make OAK + FORT stores cohesive, commercial, and inspiring.
