BCLIQUOR Retail Store Supervisor
BC Liquor Distribution Branch
Lead customer service at BCLIQUOR as a Retail Store Supervisor, overseeing staff, store duties, and multi-shift operations. Support strong service and teamwork daily.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Supervisor assists with management of a major retail operation. The position includes staff supervision, teamwork development, morale support, scheduling, training, and customer service. You may also help control stock, security, store policies, and labour relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff throughout the retail operation
Ensure good customer service and staff morale
Schedule assignments and train staff
Participate in all store duties
Support stock control, security, and branch policies
Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent certificate
Six months recent customer-facing service experience
Criminal record check required
Serving It Right certification before appointment confirmation
Ability to lift liquor cases up to 50 pounds
Bring retail supervision, customer service, staff training, and operational support to BCLIQUOR’s multi-shift store environment.
