Key Responsibilities:
Follow Home Depot’s GET Model of customer service
Assess projects through open ended customer questions
Recommend products, services, and whole project solutions
Maintain signed, displayed, and clean merchandise
Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Retail or Trade experience is an asset
Effective communication and customer focus
Strong interpersonal skills
Availability for flexible evenings and weekends
Use customer service, flooring knowledge, and project guidance skills to support shoppers throughout The Home Depot.
