Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Support Malach Metal and Machining customers through accurate order information, delivery updates, and dependable service in Manitoba manufacturing.
The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary contact for inquiries, orders, production status, shipping, and delivery. You will enter customer information, review purchase orders, maintain records, and coordinate requirements with Sales, Production, Engineering, Shipping, Estimating, and Quality. The position supports customer satisfaction by ensuring commitments and concerns receive timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email professionally
Enter orders and maintain accurate customer information
Monitor production status, shipping, and delivery updates
Communicate changes, delays, and concerns clearly
Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments
Requirements:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Microsoft Office and business systems comfort
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Bring organized customer support, order coordination, and clear communication to Malach Metal and Machining’s manufacturing customers across Manitoba.
