Manufacturing Shipping Material Consolidator
BRC Group - Tayco and BRC
Prepare finished wood products for shipment at Tayco during the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM afternoon shift. Apply manufacturing and quality skills daily.
As a Wood Material Consolidator, you will collect, sort, and consolidate finished materials from staging areas and department machines. The work supports timely assembly and delivery while maintaining product quality. You will also communicate with Packaging and Wood Production Coordinators and follow established safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare finished goods for shipping under Standard Operating Procedures
Consolidate shipping orders thoroughly and within required timelines
Communicate completion status to production coordinators
Maintain a clean, organized work area with afternoon employees
Provide process familiarization and orientation on SOP requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Manufacturing environment experience or recommended exposure
Ability to understand and follow written work instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in Cabinetry
Bring shipping preparation, communication, organization, and manufacturing experience to Tayco’s afternoon-shift wood operations.
