Construction Project Warehouse Coordinator
Ledcor
Coordinate warehouse materials for Ledcor’s Edmonton LRT expansion using inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution expertise. Support active construction logistics on site.
As an experienced Warehouse Coordinator, you will support material flow across a major transportation infrastructure project. The work connects project teams, field personnel, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Accurate records, safe handling, documentation, and timely distribution keep designated project areas supplied.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate safe shipping, receiving, handling, and storage
Maintain inventory records through counts and system updates
Verify deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders
Prepare, label, stage, load, and ship project orders
Organize SDS, MTR, and required material documentation
Requirements:
One to two years of warehouse, materials, logistics, or construction experience
Strong organization and attention to inventory detail
Effective communication with project stakeholders and suppliers
Inventory systems and Microsoft Office proficiency is an asset
Forklift or telehandler certification is an asset
