Remote Credit Collections Analyst

Use Excel and analytical skills in a remote Credit Collections Representative opportunity with Descartes, supporting overdue accounts and payment investigations. Occasional Waterloo office attendance may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor aging reports for appropriate account follow-up
Identify nonpayment accounts requiring further action
Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing disputes
Complete account reconciliations as needed
Perform ad hoc collection-related reporting tasks
Requirements:

Collections experience is required
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and customer service skills
Experience using SAP is an additional asset
Bring collections judgment, Excel proficiency, and payment investigation skills to Descartes’ remote accounts receivable team.
