ACX Dartmouth is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Loyalty Department, and handle lease finance and cash portfolios, including booking appointments. You will deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
In this role you will answer inbound and outbound calls, use CRM tools, support marketing campaigns, and generate performance reports while aligning with our quality standards. Eligible to work in Canada required.
