Junior Brand Graphic Designer
Sandman Hotel Group
Build branded creative for Sandman Hotel Group using Adobe Creative Suite in a hybrid design environment. Support digital, print, and environmental applications.
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will produce materials for Sandman Hotel Group, The Sutton Place Hotels, and RSVP Rewards. You will work with Brand Marketing and Loyalty teams across campaigns, promotions, and property initiatives. The Senior Brand Designer will provide direction while you manage routine projects from brief through production.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creative materials across digital, print, and environmental applications
Apply brand guidelines across multiple hospitality brands and touchpoints
Adapt campaigns, templates, and materials for properties and audiences
Prepare production-ready artwork and complete quality checks
Manage revisions, deadlines, files, and project communication
Requirements:
Post-secondary graphic design or related education
One to two years of professional graphic design experience
Portfolio showing digital and print design materials
Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Understanding of typography, layout, colour, imagery, and composition
Apply your Adobe, production, and brand execution skills across Northland Properties’ hospitality portfolio with creative direction and mentorship.
