Deliver accurate financial transactions and personalized banking guidance as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Vancouver. Work 15 hours supporting customers.
At TD Canada Trust, you will serve Personal & Commercial Banking customers through frontline service. The position involves deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer needs assessment, and banking solution recommendations. You will also resolve concerns, promote services, and support accurate branch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities appropriately
Promote banking solutions while completing business processes
Connect clearly with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate communication with different people
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust customers in Vancouver.
