Senior Living Wellness Nurse
Experience Senior Living
Support resident wellness as a PRN Wellness Nurse with Experience Senior Living, using medication management and compassionate clinical communication.
This Wellness Nurse supports residents, families, and team members within Experience Senior Living communities. The role provides medication assistance, electronic health record charting, and care-plan implementation. It also serves as Charge Nurse when designated leaders are absent.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct decisions through servant leadership principles
Manage medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
Implement resident care and change-in-condition plans
Document care and complete electronic health record charting
Manage emergencies and complete required incident reports
Requirements:
Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse license
Two years of senior living experience preferred
Basic First Aid and CPR certification
Strong organization and professional communication skills
Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
Bring nursing judgment, medication expertise, and resident-focused communication to Experience Senior Living as a PRN Wellness Nurse.
