This Senior Financial Analyst position serves as a key finance partner and contact for senior leadership and the CFO. You will develop reports, influence business actions, and support division planning through analysis. The work also includes mentoring analysts, sharing best practices, and improving processes across the finance group.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as finance partner to management and internal stakeholders
Recommend actions through value-added financial insights
Support division strategic planning activities semi-annually
Share best practices across finance teams
Oversee or independently complete tasks end to end
Requirements:

Three to seven years of financial analyst experience
Degree in finance, business, or a quantitative field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort presenting to small and large audiences
Learning mindset and willingness to mentor analysts
Use financial partnership, business analysis, and communication skills to help Home Depot leaders make informed decisions.
