Senior Insurance Business Analyst

As an experienced Business Analyst, you will align technology solutions with organizational objectives. The work includes stakeholder consultations, functional specifications, process analysis, and business readiness. You will also guide transformation initiatives across insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder consultations, and functional specifications
Model current and future processes and conduct gap analyses
Support change management, adoption strategies, and business readiness
Develop test plans for system enhancements and implementations
Communicate recommendations to stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership
Requirements:
Degree in business, information technology, or related field
Minimum six years of business analysis experience
Insurance industry knowledge and operational process experience
Experience advising clients through complex business transformation
Agile and Scrum experience with requirements and release planning
Bring insurance operations knowledge, stakeholder leadership, and structured analysis to Focus Systems’ transformation and technology initiatives.
