Provide one-to-one student support as a full-time Educational Assistant at Innisfail Middle School in Innisfail. Use experience with complex needs and personal care support.
Chinook’s Edge School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for grades 5–8 at Innisfail Middle School. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one educational support to a student requiring assistance with feeding and bathroom use. Preference goes to certified Educational Assistants experienced with complex needs and one-to-one support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one educational support for a student
Support the student with feeding needs
Assist the student with bathroom use
Work with students requiring complex-needs support
Requirements:
Educational Assistant certification preferred
Experience supporting students with complex needs preferred
Experience providing one-to-one student support preferred
Provide a Criminal Record check
Provide a vulnerable sector check
Support student learning and daily needs as an Educational Assistant serving grades 5–8 at Innisfail Middle School.
