ANDRITZ Canada manufactures and installs electrical equipment primarily for the hydroelectric sector. In this permanent manufacturing position, you will wire equipment in the Chambly workshop and help prepare assemblies for plant or industrial installation. The role reports to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Install electrical control box parts and equipment
Connect cabling between protection and control components
Follow engineering drawings during panel wiring
Complete CSA/UL verification before final inspection
Support equipment installation in plants or industries
Requirements:

DES and DEP in automated systems electromechanics or equivalent
Electrical schematic and drawing interpretation skills
Good manual dexterity for wiring work
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Bring electromechanical training, wiring precision, and standards awareness to ANDRITZ Canada’s hydropower equipment production team.
